Polaroid film is really expensive if you've got the old fashioned P600 cameras like I do (because polaroid stopped production on these). I knew a group of people had taken over the company and were making new affordable film, and after a lot of searching I found the name of this group of people, and their website.
THIS IS ITThey call their venture "The Impossible Project".
The website is beautiful and an absolute treat for the eyes whether you're a polaroid fan/user or not. To top it their product is incredible; a brand new collection of film for the old-fashioned instant camera, and with added possibilities of post-development alterations.
I bought some packs a couple of weeks back and today I'm going to order more. And I've just discovered upon reading that there's also a colour film for my camera! (I thought it was only the silver shade).
BRILLIANT.
